Incubated with whole grapes, cold pre-fermentation and fermentation, with native or indigenous yeasts, for one month.
During this time, several pump-overs and gentle pump-overs are performed. The free-run juice is blended with the first-press juice, the latter being very gentle to extract the essence and quality of the grape skins. It is then aged in 400L French oak barrels, used three times, on its fine lees, with low levels of sulphur dioxide.
Finally, it was clarified, filtered, and bottled.

Precioso color rojo con poca capa, límpido, brillante e intenso.
En nariz es seductor y fragante. Notas de frutas rojas que recuerdan a las frambuesas y grosellas, que combinan con notas balsámicas y recuerdos a flor de retama y bajo bosque. A medida que pasa tiempo en copa van aflorando los diferentes aromas.
Posee una boca que llena el paladar, con una textura sedosa y fresca que lo hace vibrante y equilibrado. Un final de boca que te incita a seguir bebiendo.
