DESCRIPCIÓN

The grapes used in the production of José Pariente Sauvignon Blanc come from some of the oldest vines in the appellation, planted more than 40 years ago on pebble soils that are very poor in organic matter and with limestone outcrops at the highest levels. The harvested fruit macerated cold for about 10 hours before being pressed and then fermentation also began under temperature control, in order to preserve the most delicate primary aromas. Afterwards, the wine rests on its lees, seeking a little more touch and complexity until the moment of bottling.

A vigorous decanting prior to consumption is recommended to be able to fully enjoy all its aromatic richness.
