DESCRIPCIÓN
The grapes of this Syrah variety come from Paraje de los Pasaderos, a vineyard of barely two hectares, planted 20 years ago on granitic soils at an altitude of 700 meters.
Winemaking takes place in concrete tanks, using destemmed grapes fermented with native yeasts at a controlled temperature.
The wine ages for 6 months in concrete, which gives it freshness and a pure expression of the terroir.
