The La Mancha Denomination of Origin is located in the largest wine region in Spain.

The white wines of La Mancha are made mainly from the Airén grape variety, although other varieties such as Macabeo or Chardonnay are also used. White wines from La Mancha are known for being fresh, light and fruity, with citrus and floral aromas and herbaceous notes.

They are ideal to accompany seafood, fish and light summer dishes.
