Champagne Carbon

Champagne Carbon

A mosaic of terroirs with unique characteristics. Carbon cultivates the three grape varieties that make up Champagne: Grand Cru and Premier Cru for Chardonnay, and Vallée du Marne for Pinot Noir, sharing its clay soils with the younger variety, Meunier.

With a perfect mastery of traditional techniques, Carbon operates meticulously, balancing sensitivity with a passion for people. Every step of the winemaking process matters. The commitment to tradition throughout the entire process gives the wine its natural soul.

Creating a champagne that commands attention requires the utmost rigor. Imagine a tasting that captivates the audience, overwhelms the senses, and leaves them wanting more.

Wanting to offer an experience capable of enchanting the most demanding palates, while awakening the curiosity and emotions of everyone.

Raised in an environment of knowledge, experience and familiar know-how, Carbon developed an appetite for ever-increasing learning.

Carbon captures distinctive traits, learning to achieve the purest expression of our vineyards, grapes and soils.

First distinction: the oak of the barrels in contact with the air, allowing a natural exchange and preserving the original potential of each wine.

Another distinction comes in the form of a gentle rotation of the barrels. This movement is done by hand: a half or quarter turn to loosen the lees from the barrel, resuspend them, and nourish the wine with its original sediment. The time spent doing this is called stirring.

Then, to preserve the quality of its wines, Carbon maintains its patience. Each small bottle is kept in a suitable environment, in absolute silence, to offer unparalleled aging potential. In this way, the champagnes express themselves freely and share all their natural character with you.

Carbon wants to offer you a unique experience, naturally freeing all your senses.

With its elegant silhouette, this bottle is covered in finely crafted carbon fiber.

When tasting it, fine bubbles are released with a discreet sound, clarity, intensity then, this salinity at the end of the mouth reveals a unique soul.
