A traditional process made by hand in our land of Sorrento.
We peel the lemons with great care to only obtain their precious sheets of skin.
We leave these sheets in a cold alcohol maceration to transfer the essential oil from your skin to the alcohol.
We filter several times and mix the lemon peel infusion with a filtered syrup of water and sugar.
