DESCRIPCIÓN
100% Verdejo from a selection of 15-year-old vineyards, which are harvested at night (at optimal ripening) during the month of September. A practice that seeks to preserve the quality of the grapes and avoid harvesting in broad daylight, to protect it from high temperatures.
Bright yellow color with greenish straw tones. The nose is complex and fresh, with notes of tropical fruit such as pineapple and mango, as well as nuances of white flowers and the characteristic hay of the Verdejo variety. In the mouth the memories of hay and white flowers that occur in the nose return. Very long in the mouth and balanced, with a good aftertaste.
