Marqués de Griñón El Rincón 2018 is an exquisite wine that captivates with its elegance and complexity.
Vineyards located in Aldea del Fresno, Community of Madrid .
The vineyards are on high trellises that allow excellent leaf lighting and irrigation and fertigation systems through underground drip. Management based on deficit irrigation using digital sensors. Manual harvest followed by destemming and unloading using peristaltic pumps into the fermentation tanks.
Prolonged maceration of up to four weeks and aging in new and semi-new French Allier oak barrels for ten months. The wine is not fined or filtered.
