Nariz
Aroma de fruta amarilla (ciruela mirabel, nectarina) y cítricos confitados (limón) completado con notas ama - deradas (tostadas, avainilladas) procedentes del 24% de vinos vinificados en nuestros fudres de roble francés. El encanto de las finas notas de reducción (de conchas, tos - tadas y yodadas) surte efecto y el Chardonnay le confiere un carácter muy elegante.
Boca
Boca afrutada (melocotón) y floral (polen) muy ligera y delicada.

DESCRIPCIÓN
The year 2020 followed a similar trajectory to 2019: a mild, rainy winter followed by a dry summer with several heat waves, which, although less extreme than in 2019, still impacted the vineyards. Fortunately, a rather cloudy June provided a moist interval between the two dry periods. Despite the intense heat waves and the impression of constant sunshine, the 2020 vintage resulted in relatively normal temperatures and sunshine levels. These continental conditions, even with "normal" annual averages, allowed for the production of ripe and balanced wines!
The grape harvest took place between August 22 and September 11, 2020.
