DESCRIPCIÓN
Viña Gravonia is highly regarded by wine critics and sommeliers worldwide. It often receives very high ratings in specialist guides, and is an example of what long-aged white wines can achieve in terms of complexity and ageing capacity.
Some of its particular characteristics, such as barrel fermentation and aging for approximately 4 years , are more common in red wines, making it a real rarity among whites and distancing it from the fruitier and fresher profiles of many young white wines.
"Gravonia" is one of the references of the winery's vineyards, in this case, a tribute to the grapes that come from the Viña Zaconia vineyards.
The number of bottles produced from Viña Gravonia is limited , which makes it even more special. As it is a wine made with very manual processes and in small volumes, it is difficult to find outside of specialized markets.
