CARRAMIMBRE White 2024
DESCRIPCIÓN
Carramimbre Blanco 2024 is a young white wine produced by Bodegas Carramimbre within the Rueda Designation of Origin, in Castile and León. It is made with 100% Verdejo grapes, the emblematic variety of the area, from selected vineyards in poor soil, ideal for enhancing concentration and varietal expression .
The grapes are harvested at their optimal ripeness, followed by gentle pressing and controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures. The wine rests briefly on its lees before bottling, preserving its freshness and typical aromatic character without oak aging .
This young Verdejo reflects the balance between vibrancy and structure, maintaining varietal expressiveness and terroir authenticity. It perfectly represents the modern and fresh character of Rueda whites under the quality approach of Bodegas Carramimbre.

Nariz
Potente e intensa, muy varietal, con aromas a fruta de hueso, especialmente melocotón, matices vegetales frescos y un característico fondo a hinojo típico de la variedad Verdejo.
Boca
Resulta sabroso, envolvente y ligeramente untuoso, con presencia de fruta blanca y notas vegetales. Final largo, equilibrado y fresco.
