DESCRIPCIÓN
La Grande Année 2014 is a blend of 19 wines mainly from Aÿ and Verzenay with 61% Pinot Noir and from Chouilly and Oiry with 39% Chardonnay.
Fermentation takes place entirely in oak barrels and maturation takes place under cork stoppers, during an aging period in the cellar more than twice as long as the Denomination of Origin regulations. The moderate dosage is 8 grams per litre.
La Grande Année is the embodiment of an exceptional and timeless champagne thanks to the artisanal know-how used in its production. One of these unique techniques, wood vinification, is carried out in old oak barrels, with an average age of 20 years. It favours the development of very fine aromas and gives the wine, thanks to micro-oxygenation, extraordinary ageing potential.

Un color teñido de reflejos dorados, evidencia de la madurez del vino, pero también de los métodos de vinificación de Bollinger.
Nariz
Nariz afrutada, precisa y finamente yodada. Aromas de cereza y limón se mezclan con membrillo y bergamota. En segundo lugar, notas de avellana, almendra, ciruela mirabel y melocotón completan esta paleta aromática.
Boca
En boca se abre con una efervescencia fina e intensa, seguida de una hermosa vinosidad y equilibrada por una delicada acidez. Su textura muy fina y su final salino le confieren una gran longitud en boca acompañado de sabores complejos a frutas de la huerta y cítricos. Un vino aireado que poco a poco se va desplegando y luego muestra todo su potencial e intensidad.
