Marqués de Cáceres Selección Especial Crianza 2020, 100% Tinta del País, comes from an Excellent vintage, from a 4.5 hectare vineyard located in Anguix, in the Ribera del Duero region of Burgos. These are vines cultivated with the utmost care and respect, with yields of less than 4,500 kg/ha, which grow in a mosaic of soils with great viticultural suitability within the area.

Despite the small surface area, there is a great variability of land. On a base of poor tertiary soils with little organic matter, limestone veins emerge that provide structure and minerality to the wines. Manual harvesting in small boxes, plot by plot. The short distance to the winery allows the bunches of Tinta del País (Tempranillo) to arrive in optimal conditions to begin careful processing.
