Its aging has been carried out in new and semi-new American oak barrels for a minimum period of 18 months, completed with a further 6 months in the bottle until it is marketed.

The philosophy of this century-old winery is to make the best wines from the best grapes. For this, they have plots spread throughout Rioja Alta, searching for the best vineyards and acquiring, even today, new plots to plant new strains.
