DESCRIPCIÓN
For the preparation of Valduero 2 Cotas - Tierra Alta - Reserva We harvest the grapes by hand , in 14 kg boxes, as tradition dictates. During 8 days of fermentation between 23ºC and 28ºC and a 10-day maceration, we perform the pump-over process daily whenever the wine reaches its maximum fermentation temperature.
After 30 months in oak barrels of different origins, the aging process begins for 18 months in the bottle, which gives our reserve its own unique character.
