DESCRIPCIÓN
My friend's husband is a semi-sweet white wine with Rioja Designation of Origin .
Each variety is fermented separately. Tempranillo Blanco and Malvasía are fermented until the end of the fermentation to achieve volume in the mouth. Sauvignon is stopped during fermentation, seeking out reducing sugars and the freshness provided by its acidity. Subsequent blending results in a wine that is balanced in terms of alcohol content, sugar and acidity.
