In the far reaches of southern Argentina, where the wind sculpts the land and nature expresses itself in its purest form, Bodega del Fin del Mundo was born. Founded in 1999 in San Patricio del Chañar, Neuquén province, this winery was the first to recognize the viticultural potential of Patagonia, becoming a pioneer in a region that is now synonymous with elegant, intense, and unique wines.
More than just a winery, it's a bold project that defied the desert, transforming stony soils and an extreme climate into an opportunity to create wines with an unmistakable character. Under the direction of winemaker Ricardo Galante , each bottle is a true expression of the terroir: precise, vibrant, and modern.
With over 800 hectares of vineyards , they cultivate red varieties such as Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Pinot Noir, Tannat, and Syrah , along with white varieties like Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Viognier, and Semillon . The dry, cool Patagonian climate, combined with the wide temperature range and pure water from Andean snowmelt, gives the grapes exceptional health and concentration.
Today, Bodega del Fin del Mundo represents not only a winemaking revolution in southern Argentina, but also a commitment to quality, sustainability, and innovation. From its traditional wines to its organic offerings, each wine invites you to discover a different Patagonia: wild, sophisticated, and surprising.
