DESCRIPCIÓN
La Roza 2019 is a limited edition from Dominio de Atauta, made from the finest plots of La Roza, a historic vineyard located in the heart of the Atauta Valley in the Ribera del Duero region. This single-varietal Tinto Fino (Tempranillo) wine comes from vines over 165 years old, grown in poor, sandy soils, giving the wine a unique expression of the terroir.
The harvest is done by hand, and only the best grapes from each plot are rigorously selected. Fermentation takes place in small stainless steel tanks, with a prolonged maceration to extract the full potential of the grapes. The wine is then aged in French oak barrels, where it acquires complexity and elegance.
The production of La Roza 2019 is extremely limited, with only 581 numbered bottles, making it a collector's item for wine lovers. Each bottle reflects Dominio de Atauta's commitment to excellence and the winemaking tradition of the Ribera del Duero region.
