DESCRIPCIÓN
Els Escurçons is a tribute to the Priorat of before the phylloxera, when the upper parts and the Garnacha grape were the main crops.
A 100% Garnacha from a vineyard at 600 meters. The highest estate in Priorat, on ferruginous slate soil. A very fine and elegant wine that showcases the most appealing side of Priorat.
Fermented in clay and aged also in clay and demijohns. It is a wine that eschews the structure, power, and rusticity typical of Priorat to offer pure lightness, fragility, and the maturity of wines from the past.
