Dominio de Atauta 2021 originates in the heart of the Atauta Valley, a privileged enclave in the Ribera del Duero region with pre-phylloxera vineyards that are over a century old. The winery works with a mosaic of small plots situated on highly diverse soils, which lends complexity and character to the wine. The philosophy of minimal intervention in both the vineyard and the winery seeks to preserve the identity of the place, making each bottle a true reflection of this unique landscape.
