Intenso color rojo picota limpio y brillante con bordes violáceos.
Nariz
En nariz se muestra abierto con ligeros aromas florales, frutas roja como cerezas, piel de granada y toques de regaliz.
Boca
En boca es pura sedosidad, y ya no evidencia tanto la calidez. Con buena acidez, verticalidad y un final de boca fresco, casi de sensación mentolada.

DESCRIPCIÓN
Finca Dofí is a wine with a medium layer and a beautiful ruby color, with slightly tinted tears. It's crisp and bright, even though it's neither clarified, cold-stabilized, nor virtually filtered.
It exhibits enchanting notes that are frankly reminiscent of fresh red fruits (strawberries, cherries, raspberries, very ripe pomegranates and blood oranges). There is even a sensation of caramelized fruit. It is also floral and fragrant, somewhere between violet and rose, and has a touch reminiscent of talcum powder. It is, at the same time, warm and balsamic, with nuances of vanillin.
