En nariz es Intenso y complejo, apareciendo esas notas minerales tan características de este vino. Encontramos también toques de violeta y lavanda y ese fondo balsámico que le aporta frescor y una complejidad aromática muy amplia.

Entrada en boca suave, con gran expresividad frutal, todo ello acompañado por un tanino sedoso y una acidez refrescante con toques frutales y notas especiadas. Final compensado por una acidez refrescante con sensaciones frutales combinadas con notas especiadas y mentoladas.

Cair Cruz del Pendón 2023 is one of the most exclusive productions of Bodegas Dominio de Cair, a red wine that comes from a selection of old Tinta Fina (Tempranillo) vines planted at altitude, in small plots of La Aguilera and other unique vineyards of the Ribera del Duero.
With very low yields and meticulous winemaking, this 2023 vintage stands out for its elegance, concentration, and natural freshness. It is aged in French oak barrels for several months, which adds complexity without overpowering the fruit.
Cair Cruz del Pendón is an aged wine, designed to be savored slowly, ideal for pairing with red meats, game dishes, traditional stews, or mature cheeses. A signature red wine, with the soul of its terroir and the ambition to be a great wine.
