DESCRIPCIÓN

Baigorri Finca La Canoca 2021 is a red wine made with Tempranillo grapes from vines planted in 1960. From Bodegas Baigorri .

It is made in closed 225-liter barrels in an artisanal way with destemmed grapes and whole grains, using carbonated snow to develop an intercellular maceration as long as possible.

Alcoholic fermentation: in French oak vats with a capacity of 5,000 liters, in an artisanal way.
Malolactic fermentation: new French oak barrels.
