The nearly 20 hectares of vineyards we cultivate organically are located in Anguix (Burgos), at an altitude of around 810 meters. It is a landscape made up of many valleys and hills.
The growing season is short; there is a high risk of frost in spring and late summer; summers are hot and dry, with a significant difference between daytime and nighttime temperatures. Rainfall averages around 430 mm per year. The soils are medium-depth loams, clayey with limestone and sandy veins.
After intensive, traditional work (dry pruning, bud break, second bud break, shoot thinning, cluster thinning) across all our plots, we obtain very limited yields, which form the basis of our wines. YOTUEL
