La Casa de las Locas Godello is a single-varietal white wine made exclusively from the Godello grape, native to the Monterrei DO in Galicia, Spain. This wine was born as part of the Territorio Cepas project, an initiative that reflects a passion for authenticity, friendship, and the expression of the Galician terroir. The grapes are hand-harvested in the early morning hours, when they have reached their optimal ripeness, to ensure maximum freshness and aromatic preservation. The winemaking process involves fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, followed by three months of aging on the lees with bâtonnage, which adds complexity and volume on the palate without sacrificing varietal purity or its fresh character.
