Hispano-Swiss Wineries

The Hispano+Suizas winery stems from a dream of creating distinctive, high-quality wines in the Utiel-Requena region, using a modern approach combined with respect for the terroir. Since its founding in 2006, they have been committed to precision viticulture in vineyards situated on limestone-clay soils at a high altitude for the region, and have worked extensively with both the Bobal variety, native to the area, and other red and international grapes with great potential.
Winemaker Pablo Ossorio leads the project with a strong commitment to innovation and excellence. The winery produces white wines with Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc, as well as reds with Bobal, Petit Verdot, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, and Pinot Noir, covering a range of styles from varietal expressions to complex, age-worthy blends.
Its location within the Utiel-Requena PDO, extending into the Cava and Valencia PDOs, allows it to combine Mediterranean and continental influences, resulting in wines that stand out for their fruit, structure, balance, and distinctive character. Overall, Hispano+Suizas has established itself as a benchmark for premium wine in the Spanish Levante region, meticulously attending to every detail from vineyard to bottle.
