De capa muy alta, con un color picota negra, limpio y brillante, con borde rubí intenso.
Nariz
Alta complejidad en la nariz, donde la mezcla de frutas negras maduras y las notas de frutos del bosque se entremezclan con intensos aromas provenientes de la crianza: regaliz, clavo, pimientas y pan tostado.
Boca
En boca aparece la potencia, la expresión de los taninos amables, con un buen equilibrio entre la acidez y el contenido alcohólico, finalizando en un marcado, largo y complejo paso por boca.
Temperatura de servicio
16 - 18ºC.
DESCRIPCIÓN
With a Mediterranean profile and challenging weather conditions throughout the year
cycle. Spring, with an irregular rainfall pattern, gave way to a dry summer with high
temperatures and moderate water stress that helped the ripening and
concentration of flavours in the grapes. A very high quality harvest, shorter than in previous years, with wines of great intensity, concentration, aromatic complexity and notable ageing potential.
