DESCRIPCIÓN
Via Romana offers the essence of the land where it grows. The grapes, from the Ribeira Sacra del Miño, are selected after manual harvesting. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks. It remains in the tank for a minimum of one year at a controlled temperature and is rounded off in the bottle, without rushing, before being released to the market.
As a result of our commitment to constant innovation, we have used a plant-based clarifier in the new 2015 vintage of Vía Romana: pea protein.
That is why we managed to certify our wine as vegan wine , and it is the first Galician wine with vegan certification!

Vista
De color rojo picota con ribetes de color púrpura. Limpio y brillante.
Nariz
Elegante e intenso. Con aromas a fruta roja (cereza, fresa y frambuesa) y flores (violeta y rosa) sobre fondo balsámico.
Boca
Fresco, equilibrado y glicérico; con buena acidez y final agradable. En retronasal vuelven notas florales y de fruta roja.
