Made with the Godello variety within the DO Ribeira Sacra with reduced production.
After manual harvesting, the wine is destemmed, crushed and pressed. The wine is aged on its own fine lees for a minimum of four months.
After 9 months in the bottle, a balanced wine is obtained that reflects the complexity of the variety.
