Exclusively from very old Tempranillo vines, with very low yields, located in La Horra. Each plot is fermented separately in small stainless steel tanks and malolactic fermentation takes place in second-year used French barrels. It is aged for between 17 and 20 months in 600-litre casks, of which a small percentage are new. SEI SOLO is not made every year, only in selected vintages.
