Vino limpio y brillante de color rojo picota con ribetes rubís y matices violáceos.
Nariz
Multitud de matices diferenciados, entrelazándose la fruta roja madura con los aromas de café tostado, frutas negras y torrefactos.
Boca
Entrada de boca sedosa y amable, con gran intensidad y duradero en el tiempo; el retronasal nos vuelve a recordar las frutas negras y torrefactos percibidos en nariz.

DESCRIPCIÓN
It is a wine with a genuine Payment. It is a terroir from which every year we learn something new, making each vintage superior to the previous one, despite the differences between them. The vineyards are located at the foot of a hill, protected to the north with a mountain range and facing south, towards two natural lagoons. The climate is extreme, very cold winters and hot summers that mean rain is minimal. The soil is gallets on the surface (perfect drainage), subsoil with clays with a high retention potential (this causes the vines to suffer moderate water stress in summer) and a layer of slate underneath that acts as a raft.
