2015 fully embodies the decade's continental trend: a mild, wet winter and a hot, dry summer! The sunny, hot summer was marked by record temperatures and drought… and by that fortunate end to summer when the welcome rains of the second half of August brought relief to the vines. Thanks to this cooler final stage, the ripening yielded juicy, ripe, and concentrated grapes! The vintage's ambition? To capture the essence of a truly spectacular vintage!

Color amarillo intenso con destellos brillantes. Efervescencia ultrafina y dinámica.
Nariz
Bouquet intenso y concentrado de frutas amarillas (melocotón blanco y ciruela mirabel) asociadas a una delicioso aroma de reducción en forma de avellanas y almendras tostadas.
Boca
Concentrado y a la vez enérgico y vibrante en el paladar. Entra en boca como una caricia sedosa, casi untuosa, con suaves sabores de cítricos confitados y especias yodadas. Luego, la textura aterciopelada se vuelve tensa, el frescor va in crescendo, puro, preciso y definido. El final hace salivar, sostenido por notas ligeramente amaderadas, intensas y salinas que aportan una sensación de delicadeza y a la vez de concentración.
