DESCRIPCIÓN

Dominio do Bibei Lalama 2021 is one of the great expressions of the Ribeira Sacra. This red wine, made primarily with Mencía grapes, accompanied by small proportions of Brancellao, Mouratón, and Garnacha Tintorera, comes from old vines planted on steep, high-altitude slopes with slate and granite soils.

Fermented with native yeasts and aged for 20 months in foudres and used barrels, Lalama displays a fine Atlantic elegance.
