DESCRIPCIÓN
La Condenada is a red wine aged for 12 months in a 600 liter French oak foudre.
The vineyard is organically farmed (not certified) and located in Baños de Ebro. The vines are trained in the traditional bush vine system. The soil is sandy with a sandstone subsoil. The grapes are hand-harvested in 20 kg crates, sorted on a sorting table, and left to stand. Alcoholic fermentation takes place with native yeasts. The wine is aged for 12 months in 600-liter French oak vats. It is lightly filtered and unstabilized.
