Kujira 15 Year Old is a refined expression of the art of Japanese whisky, crafted in Okinawa from 100% Japanese rice and aged for 15 years. This extended maturation in American white oak barrels imparts depth and complexity, while maintaining the elegance and smoothness characteristic of rice as the base grain.
Unlike traditional whiskies made with barley or corn, Kujira takes an authentic and different approach, using fermentation methods inspired by awamori, an ancient Okinawan beverage. This gives it a unique, delicate, and exotic character.

Color ámbar profundo con reflejos dorado oscuro, limpio y brillante. Su intensidad visual refleja su larga crianza en barrica.
Nariz
Aromas complejos y envolventes. Destacan notas de caramelo, frutas secas (higo, dátil), miel y vainilla, acompañadas por toques de cuero, especias suaves, roble tostado y un sutil fondo floral característico del arroz.
Boca
