DESCRIPCIÓN

The grapes were harvested during the first half of October, with selection carried out in the vineyard. Maceration lasted 18 days. Once alcoholic fermentation was complete, the wine was transferred to new 300-liter American oak barrels, where malolactic fermentation took place for two months. It was then racked into 300-liter French and American oak barrels (previously used for second-use wine) for six months. Finally, it was transferred to new 500-liter French oak barrels (previously used for second-use wine) and new 300-liter French oak barrels for ten months, with the best barrels selected before bottling.
