Barrels that were once filled with Caribbean rum are used to finish this variation, which is aged for 21 years . Four months in Gran Reserva barrels wrap this whiskey in a single malt with aromas and flavors selected by our Malt Master.
Dark gold color .
An intense aroma ; soft vanilla. Floral, hints of banana, figs, milk caramel, new leather and oak.
Taste : mild at first; then abrupt, vibrant and dry. Peppery and with a touch of smoked oak, lemon, ginger and spices. A long, warm, dry and spicy finish.
This rum emanates intense layers and positions this 21-year-old whiskey in a place far away from the rest.
