DESCRIPCIÓN
In recent years, very few winemakers have done as much for wine in Spain as the Danish Peter Sisseck has done.
Flor de Pingus is a wine designed and thought out by Sisseck. You could say that it is a municipal wine, since it comes from a selection of vineyards in La Horra (Burgos), with Tinto Fino vines aged between 30 and 55 years. It is not the second wine from Dominio de Pingus, it is a different concept.
The 2015 vintage was warm and mature and the 18-month ageing took place in French oak barrels, of which 35% were new.

El perfil aromático es puro y elegante: fruta negra jugosa, notas florales, especia fina, un fondo mineral reconocible y una madera noble perfectamente disuelta.
Boca
En boca es rico pero nada pesado, con un tanino de lujo, una acidez viva y un final largo y definido. Se siente sofisticado, limpio y muy preciso.
