El Prohibido from Finca Míllara , a red wine with Ribeira Sacra designation of origin that seduces from the first glass. Made from Mencía (80%) and Sousón (20%) grapes, carefully selected and harvested by hand on historic terraces, this wine represents the essence of heroic Galician viticulture.
Fermented with native yeasts and aged partly in stainless steel and French oak barrels, El Prohibido offers a complex nose with notes of ripe red fruit and floral hints. On the palate, it is round and fresh, with soft tannins and an acidity that invites another sip.
