Bunker origin is the beginning of everything, with it the Bunker Philosophy is born. It is our origin, which saw the light after two years of trials, during which Enrique Lozano, Bunker Master Distiller, almost lost his mind in search of the perfect recipe.
Artisanal, with Artisanal Food Certification and with 5 distillations in "Cloe", the most sought-after continuous copper still and with a maturation process prior to bottling discovered after the first year of testing. We realized that the gin needed more time, so we gave it the necessary time until reaching 6/7 months of controlled rest.
