DESCRIPCIÓN
Made from a selection of the best Tempranillo, Garnacha and Mazuelo grapes, it undergoes a slow alcoholic fermentation with periodic pumping over and remains for 12 months in mixed barrels with American oak staves and French oak bottoms. Before being released to the market, it rests for a minimum of 3 months in the bottle.
