Color púrpura con presencia de alguna tonalidad granate. Brillante. Al mover la copa el vino nos deja en las paredes una lagrima densa, que nos anticipa un vino goloso y suave.
Nariz
Aromas de fruta negra madura, frutos secos, con vainillas finas de su paso por la madera.
Boca
En boca también percibimos la fruta negra madura con una agradable finura y a su vez nos transmite el frescor propio de la añada 2020. Vino envolvente y largo, con un final de boca suave y muy agradable.

DESCRIPCIÓN
The first wine from Balbás was made in the family's underground cellars. It was the beginning of a fascinating story that was celebrated in 2015 with the creation of Ancestral. A wine made exclusively with grapes from exceptional vintages grown at the El Castillo estate.
And to commemorate it, it's bottled in a similar style to the one used originally, and the engraving from the old label has been restored. The technique has been perfected, its aging process has evolved, but the spirit, the care, and the passion of that first wine remain intact.
