DESCRIPCIÓN
Baigorri Belus 2019 is the great contribution of the Mazuelo variety, making this wine really different from what Baigorri has accustomed us to. A new definition of freshness and elegance in a red wine, highlighting fine tannins and great aromatic complexity, meeting all the parameters of a pure avant-garde wine.
After a manual and selective harvest, the destemmed grapes have been selected by hand, grain by grain, using vibration and weight selection tables. Long macerations and intracellular fermentations with native yeasts in oak vats. Natural pump-overs and final extraction by gravity.
Malolactic fermentation and aging for 14 months in new French oak barrels of various sizes.
