Nariz
Aromas intensos y frescos a frutos rojos silvestres (arándano, cereza, frambuesa), con matices florales (violeta, lavanda), notas especiadas (pimienta blanca, clavo) y un fondo mineral que recuerda al granito húmedo.
Boca
Entrada jugosa, con taninos finos y muy bien integrados. Paso por boca equilibrado, con buena acidez y textura sedosa. Final largo, fresco, ligeramente terroso, que deja una sensación frutal persistente y elegante.

DESCRIPCIÓN
A-Villeira 2021 is the purest and most elegant expression of a historic vineyard situated on terraces of decomposed granite, hand-built in the 19th century. This limited and carefully managed edition aims to capture the essence of its origin: the inhospitable, high-altitude environment of As Ermitas, with its poor soils and cool climate, yields exceptionally ripe and balanced grapes.
After a manual harvest and whole-cluster fermentation in oak barrels, the wine remains in contact with the wood for a year, which adds structure without masking the fruit. The presence of indigenous varieties contributes complexity, while Mencía provides the fresh, mineral character.
