DESCRIPCIÓN
The 30 years that Tomatin spends in bourbon and traditional oak barrels impart fresh aromas of soft fruits, golden honey, and delicious white chocolate. On the palate, a fusion of tropical fruits and creamy whipped vanilla blend in an explosion of aromatic sensations.
Matured in a combination of ex-bourbon and traditional oak barrels.
Nose – Carefully matured from the start, we find aromas of tropical fruits: passion fruit and mango. We also find other fruity scents such as peach and nectarine. Notes of rhubarb with custard are present alongside light woody touches.
Palate Flavors reminiscent of a mix of tropical fruits, honey, and vanilla cream. Hints of cinnamon buns and gingerbread add a warm depth. A perfect balance between the influence of time and oak provides a unique elegance.
End – lingering sensation of tropical fruits, custard and toasted spices.
