Glenfiddich has collaborated with French artist André Saraiva to create this 31-year-old expression. Part of the Grand Series, Grand Château is the distillery’s first release to use Bordeaux red wine casks. This nine-year-old finish adds indulgent notes of candied cherry, caramel apples and toasted oak, supported by familiar warm spices and a long, fruity finish.

An immensely impressive addition to Glenfiddich’s Grand Series, and the distillery’s first release to have been matured in red wine casks from the Bordeaux region of France. This limited-edition single malt whisky was initially aged in American and European oak casks before finishing its 31-year maturation with a generous nine-year stay in Bordeaux red wine casks. The resulting whisky boasts a distinctive reddish hue and gloriously indulgent layers of rich candied cherry, warm spice and toasted oak.
