Old man of Caldas It is produced in a 3-year aging process in oak barrels.
The company that carries out the production of Viejo de Caldas is La Industria Licorera Caldas, a company dedicated to liquors and rums. The plant is located in Manizales, Colombia. For more than 115 years it has been dedicated to the spirits industry, both nationally and internationally.
Years of experience in the production of liqueurs, the incorporation of new technologies and the improvement of techniques position the company in a very favourable position in the market, especially in terms of quality-price ratio.
