DESCRIPCIÓN
Riberal Roble is traditionally aged in stainless steel tanks with 2-3 pumping overs per day for 10-15 days at a controlled fermentation temperature of 25-27 °C, followed by de-racking and allowing to rest before filling the barrels.

Violet red color, vivid, intense, clean, with lilac and blue colors on the rim of the glass.
Aroma Clean and frank, intense, with persistent primary aromas of ripe fruit and vanilla notes.
Palate: Light, fleshy and velvety, with a significant glyceric contribution, very balanced, the palate is long, smooth and with elegant aging tones.
