DESCRIPCIÓN
If we add a pinch of sugar to the benefits of the Albariño grape, which softens the acidity of the Atlantic climate, we obtain an irresistible wine like Marieta, the first semi-dry Albariño in all of Galicia, the work of the Martín Códax winery, a true reference of the beautiful town of Cambados. It is made with grapes from the Salnés Valley harvested by hand in small vine vineyards. After destemming, the grains are pressed and the must ferments at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. This process is interrupted with an intense and pronounced drop in temperature that leaves the yeasts inactive and allows a small amount of natural sugar from the must itself to be released, which will be responsible for the slight final sweetness of the wine.
