DESCRIPCIÓN
The grapes come from Garnacha vineyards, located on hills at 700 - 1,000 meters of altitude. Planted mainly in soils of metamorphic rocks and clay gravels.
Alcoholic fermentation and maceration in stainless steel tanks under a controlled temperature. Gentle pumping over is carried out to fully respect the aromas of the Garnacha grape variety. After malolactic fermentation, it is stored in a stainless steel tank until bottling.
